Our farm is a one-of-a-kind place for making birthday memories that feel as bright and joyful as the flowers themselves. Whether it’s a little one’s first birthday, a playful party for your 5-year-old, or a dreamy Sweet 16 surrounded by blooms, The Flower Meadow makes every celebration feel magical.

🌼 Party Details

• 3-hour rental — $300

• Includes our indoor party room (seats 24) located right beside the outdoor space, so guests can move easily between playtime and party time.

• Additional outdoor seating can be arranged in advance.

• The Flower Meadow will remain open to the public during your event.

💐 Flower Picking Fun

• Your rental includes 10 U-Pick Cups for flower picking — perfect for kids and guests to enjoy a hands-on, nature-filled activity.

• Extra U-Pick Cups are available for $20 each.

• Many families choose to let guests pick their own flowers as a take-home favor — it’s always a hit!

🪻 What’s Included

• (3) 6-ft folding tables (6 ft long x 30 in wide — tablecloths recommended)

• (24) folding chairs for indoor use only

• (1) wooden table (7.5 ft x 42 in)

Bring your own decorations, cake, and personal touches to make the space truly yours — the flowers make the backdrop, you bring the fun! 🎂

🥳 Party Guidelines

• No alcohol, please. We’re a family-friendly space.

• Music may be played inside the party room only — please bring your own speaker or equipment.

• Setup and cleanup must take place within your 3-hour rental window.

• Please take large trash items (like boxes or wrapping paper) with you when you leave. We have extra trash bags available.

• No glitter, please. (Our animals don’t like sparkles on their noses. 😉)

🌸 For Sweet 16 Celebrations

Looking for something special for your teen? A Sweet 16 at The Flower Meadow feels like stepping into a real-life flower fairytale. Guests can wander the fields, take beautiful instagram worthy photos, and celebrate surrounded by color, laughter, and sunshine. Add music, snacks, and a few thoughtful touches — we’ll provide the setting that makes it unforgettable.
