If your group needs a change of scenery — a place to breathe fresh air, laugh together, and connect beyond the office — you’re in the right spot. Our farm offers a peaceful, nature-filled setting that helps teams slow down, recharge, and bond in a simple, genuine way.

🌼 Rental Details

3-hour rental — $300
Includes our private indoor event room (seats 24) located next to the outdoor gathering space so your team can mingle freely.
Additional outdoor seating can be arranged in advance.
The Flower Meadow will remain open to the public during your event.

💐 Flower Picking Included

Your rental includes 10 U-Pick Cups for flower picking.
Additional U-Pick Cups are $20 each.
Many groups choose to let team members pick their own bouquets as a fun, relaxing activity — it’s a great icebreaker!

🪻 What’s Included

(3) 6-ft folding tables (6 ft long x 30 in wide — tablecloths suggested)
(24) indoor-use folding chairs
(1) wooden table (7.5 ft x 42 in)

🎶 Guidelines & Reminders

No alcohol, please. The Flower Meadow is a family-friendly environment.
Music may be played inside the event room only — please bring your own speaker or equipment.
Setup and cleanup must occur within your 3-hour rental window.
Please take any large trash items or packaging with you when you leave. We have extra trash bags if needed.
No glitter. (It sticks to everything and our goats don’t approve. 😉)
