The Flower Meadow is a working, family-friendly flower farm that offers couples a relaxed, open-air setting for intimate celebrations. If you dream of saying “I do” surrounded by flowers, fresh breezes, and the peaceful sounds of nature, you’ve found your spot. Our setting is ideal for couples seeking a celebration that feels simple, romantic, and connected to the land.

Rental Details

3-hour venue rental — $600

Includes use of our charming indoor event room (seats up to 25) located directly beside an outdoor gathering area commonly used for ceremonies or celebrations. The indoor room is a flexible, multipurpose space designed for gathering and celebration, not a traditional ceremony hall.

Please note: The Flower Meadow remains open to the public during your event. Guests may see families, photographers, and visitors enjoying the farm during your celebration.

• (5) 6-ft folding tables (tablecloths suggested)

• (25) indoor folding chairs

• Private indoor bathroom

Couples are responsible for arranging tables and chairs to suit their needs within the rental window.

💐 Optional Add-On

Complete your day with a fresh bridal bouquet and boutonniere, designed using blooms grown right here in the meadow. Available upon request. Custom colors and styles can be coordinated in advance, based on seasonal availability.

Guidelines & Reminders

• No alcohol, please. The Flower Meadow is a family-friendly, working farm.

• Music may be played inside the event room only (bring your own speaker). Outdoor amplified music is not permitted.

• Setup and cleanup must occur within your 3-hour rental window.

• Please take any large trash or packaging with you. Bags are available if needed.

• No glitter. Our goats disapprove. 😉

This space is best suited for couples who value simplicity, flexibility, and the natural rhythms of a public farm setting.

Seasonal & Setup Notes

Micro weddings are scheduled spring through fall. Flowers change with the seasons, with the meadow typically fullest from July through September for couples who are flexible with timing.

Ceremonies held within the flower rows are standing-only. Chair rows are not permitted in the meadow. One or two chairs may be used for guests unable to stand for the duration of the ceremony.

In the event of rain, the indoor party room becomes the ceremony space. This room is functional and simple, not a traditional wedding hall. There is no additional covered or outdoor rain option. A simple backdrop stand is available for use in the room if needed. We strongly recommend limiting guest count to under 25 in the event weather requires moving indoors.
