If your group needs a break from screens, schedules, and small talk, this is a place to step outside and reconnect in a natural, low-pressure way. Our farm provides space and light structure so teams can slow down, do something with their hands, and spend time together without forced activities or awkward icebreakers.
This is not a formal retreat or training session. It’s a shared experience that teams tend to reference long after the day is over.
3-hour rental | $450 | Up to 15 people
Includes access to our indoor event room, which seats up to 25 guests, located directly next to an outdoor gathering area. This allows teams to move freely between indoor comfort and outdoor space.
Additional outdoor seating can be arranged in advance.
The Flower Meadow remains open to the public during your event, creating a relaxed, working-farm atmosphere rather than a closed or staged setting.
Flower picking is the primary hands-on team activity.
One U-Pick Cup is included per participant (up to 15 cups included).
Additional participants are $30 per person, which includes one U-Pick Cup per additional participant.
Maximum group size is based on availability and season.
Simple rule: if someone attends, they can pick flowers.
This activity works especially well for encouraging conversation and connection without putting anyone on the spot.

Music is welcome inside the event room only. Please bring your own speaker or equipment.
Setup and cleanup must take place within your three-hour rental window.
Please remove large trash items or packaging when you leave. Extra trash bags are available if needed.
No glitter. It lingers, and our goats have strong opinions about it.
